Ashley’s exceptional service was truly remarkable, and Sue’s expertise in dental hygiene was unparalleled. Her professionalism, grace, and ability to engage with my child made my dental cleaning experience exceptionally enjoyable. Additionally, I want to acknowledge Lynn, another dental hygienist, for her exceptional work in taking the necessary X-rays, including a 3D X-ray, for my mouth. Her willingness to accommodate my son’s request to watch YouTube during my procedure was greatly appreciated. Lynn’s dedication and compassion made my experience truly memorable.

Our conversation regarding my dental plan was highly informative, and I am confident that she is the ideal dentist for my needs. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Bootway. Two of my visits lasted over three hours, one of which was supposed to be a simple appointment to place my permanent crown. They removed my temporary crown, only to inform me that I owed nearly $2,000 before they could proceed. This was shocking, as I had already paid $900 and believed my insurance would cover the rest. They ended up reattaching the temporary crown because I couldn’t pay the unexpected balance on the spot.

During another visit for a routine cleaning and a chipped tooth, they told me I needed a crown on a completely different tooth. When I returned again to finally get my permanent crown, they claimed I needed three more crowns. At that point, I sought a second opinion — and was told I didn’t need any crowns at all. To make matters worse, I was also told for the first time in my life that I needed braces, even though multiple other dentists have complimented me on how naturally straight my teeth are. Please be cautious before going here.

I left feeling misled and taken advantage of — especially as someone who doesn’t have a deep understanding of dentistry. No one should have to second-guess whether their healthcare provider has their best interests at heart.

What a great experience! I have not been to the dentist in a really long time….I was super nervous about going but was having some pain. I am so glad I chose Bootway Dental. Lynn, Ashley, and Dr. Angie were awesome and so kind!! Lynn cleaned my teeth and did a phenomenal job! Thank you all so much!
