I would like to address a few points regarding our recent experience at your office. Firstly, while we appreciate being squeezed into a fully-booked schedule for an emergency issue, my wife is blind and requires a bit more understanding and flexibility. We did agree to be seen for an exam and X-ray, but the dismissal of our concerns and the lack of any temporary relief was disappointing. Dr. Cho's decision to decline a temporary fix should have been accompanied by a more compassionate approach, especially considering the circumstances.

Secondly, the practice of offering positive reviews in exchange for extensive or expensive treatments raises ethical concerns. Patients should be able to leave honest reviews based on their experiences, without feeling pressured or excluded based on the type of service they received. Most importantly, canceling my wife's appointment for treatment without our consent is unacceptable. This decision should have involved a discussion with us, as patients rely on consistent and reliable care, especially in urgent situations. Canceling appointments without proper communication undermines trust and can exacerbate health issues.

We appreciate your efforts to clarify the situation and urge you to reconsider how patient feedback and appointments are handled in the future. Ensuring transparent and empathetic communication is crucial in providing quality healthcare. Thank you for considering our perspective. Dr. Cho handled my case brilliantly! I went in for one issue, he found another, and he resolved both! I was nervous because I hadn't had any dental work done for such a long time, but the procedure was painless and Dr. Cho made sure I was comfortable. Cho is one of the most honest, professionals I have ever encountered. I was determined to have full mouth restoration with implants, but Cho advised me, and explained that , that wasn't the best option for me, I really appreciated his honesty, He saved me so much money!! He is the Best!!! Thank you, Dr. Cho! Today was my first appointment and it was the best dental appointment I have ever had in my life! I can't thank Dr. Cho & his staff enough!
