I've used many dentists over my life and most of the time there are no issues with the services being provided. However, when we moved to Fairfax from Tucson, Arizona we chose one of the closest places to our home near Mason's campus. Boy was that a mistake. After repeated attempts to receive reasonable and appropriate care, following a mistake they were unwilling to take responsibility for, by this place I'll refrain from naming, we decided to try the next closest place to our home. Thank you, Jesus! Dr. Cho was able to understand the issue, was honest about the potential to fix the problem, but also balanced to not over promise on the outcome. .

. . 2 years later, all is still good with these pearley whites!! My wife and I both are patients and plan to be until he retires. Final note - a dentist really is only as good as their staff and the Braddock Family Dental staff truly reflects genuine kindness and care. Sincerely, a consistently satisfied patient.

Great office. The reception was very attentive to my needs when scheduling. Cleaning was thorough and quick. The doctor fulfilled and answered all my questions. 10/10 would recommend. Will start bringing my family here! EDIT: 4:29PM May 9th, 2025. Office is not answering calls, or responsive to text(s) sent (a different experience then beforehand when scheduling).

Hours of operation are listed at a closing time of 5:00PM on Friday. An update is needed on website for phone numbers, two are listed on said website. I cannot recommend scheduling via phone, if not done by individual staff (Scheduling was done this way beforehand). For that said reason, I will drop my review to three stars. EDIT: Staff reached out made me aware of their hours and that the office was closed, still hours should reflect business hours. 4/5

Dr. Cho was extremely attentive to my needs and his quality of work was exceptional. I was in between dentists and have finally found someone I can trust to provide excellent care. His staff was extremely helpful and offered excellent service. Would recommend 10/10!
