Great staff. Amazing work restoring my teeth to normal. They were gentle and kept asking if I was ok or in any pain. They even called me to try to get me in earlier than my appointment date to help relive some pain.

Hello. I am one of the former patients of this place. Thanks to them, I am now terrified to go to any dentist at all now, whatsoever. The first time I went was when I was 3 or 4 years old, now I'm 13 years old. Nothing has changed since then. AT ALL. The last appointment I was at, they litterally kicked me out. I was crying, as I was having anxiety.
I was given no time to calm down. To be honest, I'm glad they made me leave, anything to get out of there. Most of the staff is so rude, I don't even know where to begin. Two people there were nice, honestly they don't belong there. They belong somewhere much better than that hell hole. One of their workers, always complained about my teeth. EVERY SINGLE VISIT. Yet, she can be found outside smoking? What sense it that, all dentists should know that smoking ruins teeth.
If you are considering bringing your childen here, please don't. I had a terrible, scary visit myself. You don't want your childen to come here. Also, multiple times I was told to go to Scranton for work they could do. Why offer to help fix teeth when your referring paitents to other dentists that do the exact same work as your place? This place is absoulte garbage, don't reccomend it at all.

This is the worst dental place I have ever seen. I called made an appointment for my husband they said they have to have his x-rays from his previous dentist and she made him an appointment the next day. I called the previous dentist office and couldn't get through until the next day. We ran and got the x-rays as soon as they were done however the previous dentist office didn't get them done when they said they would so I called this dentist said we would be late and they said if more than ten they won't take us so we hurried and I called and explained what happened because they wouldn't take him without the x-rays and we had to cancel.
I just called again to reschedule and she said they won't take us because we didn't cancel 24 hours in advance no ifs about it and she contradicted herself a bunch. I won't ever recommend this dentist. It was the worst experience ever.

I had a good experience. My dentist made me feel like she really cared. She continuously asked me how I was doing, feeling while doing my procedure. She gave ma a couple minute break when she noticed my anxiety was very high. I had a previous bad expiriance here 10 years prior from one of the male dentists at that time it took me a long time to come back but Im very glad I did return.
