After they rescheduled my appointment twice because of the Dr not being in the office, they weren’t understanding when I called and said I would be 5 min late. I waited so long for this appointment just to be disappointed…but yet they expect me to be understanding when they have to cancel on their end. Disappointed. Won’t be going there again. I’ll deal with my teeth pain.

Told me I needed a root canal but then said they could pull my tooth I told them I had other teeth that were bothering me and they told me they would check them next time I’ve called several times to get an appointment sooner for those teeth but never got an appointment.

When this office opened a few years ago I was happy, but the staff are unprofessional. I overheard them making comments and laughing about patients after they leave the office and making rude comments about customers who were on the phone. The dentist came in briefly to discuss having $2000 worth of “UNCOVERED” work done.
Wasn’t impressed at all. They have NO appointments available for emergencies and book out 3 months if you have a tooth hurting or broke .

Place is a scam. They're the only place in the area that accepts certain insurances and they know it and use it to their advantage. I do not have a drivers license so I've had to cancel and reschedule a few Apts, one being a cleaning I didn't want to begin with and told them that because their lady that does the cleanings tries to remove teeth rather than clean them she's so rough and im not the only one to say this, ask anyone whos been there for a cleaning. Every apt I've reschedule has been plenty of time in advance, I'm talking atleast a week.
Today I get a letter claiming I didn't call at all and they'll no longer see me. I have the call logs to prove I called a week before the apt and two of them I called 2 days before the apt again to double check. So because their worker didn't do their job and put down I called and canceled and rescheduled I'm now without anyone to do my dental work. Whatever you do don't cancel an apt because they won't mark that you called and then they'll drop you completely because the workers can't do their jobs.
Now the closest dentist that accepts my insurance is 45 mins away. STAY FAR AWAY until they get someone that can run the front desk that wants to do their job! Based on other reviews saying real similar things to me, seems like the front desk lady needs to be re trained for find a new job because she clearly has screwed more than just me by being lazy
