Great practice. Very professional and friendly. I have had a very difficult time finding a good dental practice since moving to the Delmarva. Definitely have found it at Brafman!! Highly recommend. Susan, Amy and Wendy are great!

I was originally pleased with my initial visit with Dr. Wendy Brafman, although it surprised me about the policy their office has regarding full sets of xrays. They are required every six months or they will not see you. Not having dental insurance, over $300 just for X-rays every six months is cost prohibitive for me.

Later I had to take my 97 year old , blind, wheelchair bound father to this office and was given an appointment with Kevin Brafman. I found him to be arrogant, rude and disrespectful towards my father and myself. His annoyance with my father’s limitations was palpable and he couldn’t get us out of there fast enough. We were left with the impression that there is no real concern for the patient as a whole but rather a definite eye towards how much potential there might be for Income generation.

Truly a disappointing experience, not only has the office lost myself, my husband and my father as long term patients but I will be sure to tell anyone who asks for a good dentist referral in the area to stay away from this practice. One last note, when I asked to have my records forwarded to a new practice, I was told there would be a $20 fee to do so. Never have I had to pay a fee for this service anywhere!

My son broke his front tooth on a Friday night, we had a wedding on Saturday and we were desperate to find a dentist. Dr. Wendy Brafman came in on a Saturday morning, was very professional and did a wonderful job so my son could smile again. Thank you soooo much Dr. Brafman for being so fabulous, you are the best!!
