I hate to say that I will not be back for the fact that I’ve been going here for as long as I have been. But I am afraid to say that I have been royally screwed on what I had to pay. When I was evaluated I was given a paper estimate of 770. 00 is what I would have paid. When I got there I was told the claim was pushed back and there was nothing processed from other claims.

My insurance company when I had called said they never even submitted a claim. I was told at the time of service I would have to pay 1800 dollars up front to have the work done. What actually happened was the claim was never filed, and I was charged out of pocket for my work. This was negligence on their part and now want to make it harder for me to get my money back for the 1100. 00 they owe.

When I call my insurance agent, the manager of Breton bay dentistry was not willing to do a 3 way call. So based on their lack of correspondence it will have to go over their head to small claims court in order to get my money back with all the evidence I have collected at the time that shows what I was supposed to pay, that no claim was ever made and what I was charged. Highly disappointed with the way I was treated and very disappointed that this is the way a practice runs business because unfortunately based on reading other people’s reviews I am not the first patient this has happened to. Recommend finding somewhere else to go unless you want to get overcharged constantly.

My daughter's temporary filling fell out just a week before Christmas. I called around, and Brenton Bay said they could see her and place a crown on, which made me very excited and relieved. However, when we arrived, they quickly took an X-ray and told me they didn't offer crowns. Instead, they suggested using Dentemp, a cheap and quick temporary filling. At checkout, not only did they bill my insurance, but they also charged me over $300. If I had this done at our regular dentist, it would’ve only cost $70! I thought the extra charge might have been for an emergency visit, but it wasn’t.

While the office staff was friendly and professional, I’m left feeling like the main priority is making money. Please review your bills carefully—you may be overcharged like I was. *** I forgot to add that they also sent me another bill in the mail for additional $30. As if they didn't get paid enough for that 30 minute visit. ***

I’ve competed a review six months ago that I had to delete to capture a new one, so there is my first review: Great initial cleaning back with this practice. My cleaning was performed by Alicia and she was great. She educated me on each task she was completing and ensured I was aware of each step through out the process of x-rays as well. My scan was conducted by a young lady (I did not get her name) and it was the coolest thing! Her scan was precise and very timely (5 mins 1 sec). Dr.

Tennyson was great and complimented me on my dental hygiene and oral care. Thank you ladies! See yall in six months. Six months has arrived and I’m back! My visit was stellar! I was greeted by Allana who was kind and courteous! Thank you Allana for being a professional but remaining true to yourself! Your personality spoke for itself. Kate was my hygienist and she was great! She reviewed my charts, noted sealant recommendations for about 10 teeth, and said that was not necessary. She gave me at home tips to reach a hard to reach spot while brushing and even recognized what other hygienists never have before.

Thank you Kate! I enjoyed our convo and you’ve been the best hygienist I’ve had. Jennifer and Clarice at the front desk were very kind during my checkout process! We had down to earth conversations and I appreciate their hospitality! Thank you both for the birthday treat. And thank you to the entire practice!
