Very friendly, they speak Spanish and English, make sure you have good dental insurance for your treatments. They give you easy access to payment. A check usually arrives after verifying whether your insurance covers cleaning or not.

I called to make an appt and had my Aetna Vital savings plan verified as they dr come up for eligibility. They stated they did accept my dental plan. On the day of my appointment the dr commented she won't work on my dentures since they were with another dental office out of state. She commented a lady would be in with the pricing for my care plan. 20 min later the lady come in and stated she was sorry but they don't take my Dental plan but here is my care plan for a new set of dentures.

I said if you don't take my plan then I do not want a care plan. I went to check out and they expected me to pay $118 for thr visit for nothing. I refused to pay since from the beginning they said they took my plan. I proceeded to call my Dentla plan and ask what is going on. They confirmed the office called when I arrived to obtain eligibility for treatment with my plan.

They said yes she is eligible. So, what is going on with this dental office? I was so upset having wated my time and 50 min drive to this office and then be turned away like that and lied to. Make sure you are clear and everyone is on the same page before you go so it's not a wasted trip.

This dental office staff and dentist were all very warm and welcoming. I especially enjoyed the professionalism and care for what was best for me. She built trust on our first meeting and wasn’t too busy to provide information to help me make a decision. She came highly recommended and I understand why!
