I have anxiety and was very nervous about going to a new dentist, and I have to say that this was the best dental experience I've ever had. The dentist was very gentle, and my cleaning was a breeze. The assistant was very nice, and made me feel comfortable.

I have been going to this office since 2008. I never had any issues with the dentists or staff members. Dr Bloom and Dr Pinsker have always taken good care of my teeth and gums.

Very unfortunate. I never leave reviews yet alone bad ones however i was very disappointed with the front desk. I had called several times to make an appointment for a periodontist and the calls never got picked up and i never received a call back. I understand the office can get busy, it may be difficult to call back at the same time so i understand. However to never receive a call back after i had called 3+ times is unfortunate.

On top of that, a sibling had called on my behalf asking about a consultation. Whoever answered that call told him that their office doesn’t “do that here”. She had been told that i used to need a consult for wisdom teeth but now need consult for the gums covering my teeth, which is what i was sent to the periodontist for. When asked what she meant by “we don’t do that here” by clarifying that this office doesn’t do anything gum related, she then answered with the same response. I understand how hearing the word wisdom teeth might cause a person to assume an oral surgeon is needed however when “gums” are mentioned at a periodontist office… on top of that i had called myself; left a voicemail, and called again next day.

When i finally got my call picked up the receptionist answered, then hung up on me. I had called back after that assuming it was a mistake, and i never got a call back. I work at a dental office and i will never recommend patients here. Very unfortunate, things like this make patients not want to even get checked.
