Do not Go here, I experience the worst customer service from this place. each time i went it was always someone new working on my teeth, seem like she is only hiring college students. i had to go back multiple times due to wires cutting my gums also this company do not accept a lot of insurance… only because she rather her customers to pay fast pay which is Cash money… i wish i would of did my research before picking out this place…. i have insurance but Gina Lee is not in network with a lot of insurance company so i was paying out of pocket each time to make an appointment. .

i called complaining about my braces is loose…. . Roxanna get on the line trying to argue with me about pay …. when my braces are loose she not once offer to come in and fix it … she stay on the topic of payment …. i did not call for that ………i had paid $150 just last week.

. very poor customer service, racism, disgusting place to do service with please don’t give this company your hard working earn money…. she also doesn’t care about your complaints they all in the back set around in talk about customers it a very nasty place to spend your hard working earn money there and i refuse to pay to poor customer/ racism there only one black girl very much don’t like Blacks at all sickness… keep your money any run esle where

I did extensive research before deciding on Brier Creek and was really impressed to find someone in the area with the background of Dr. Lee. My 14 yo l daughter only has one set of teeth, and I needed to make sure I made the right decision. We have been on our braces journey for 9 months now, and while I have been dreading this process, this office has made it so easy.

I don’t even have to argue with my daughter to go! Anything that doesn’t start a fight with my teenage daughter, is 5 stars to me. Couldn’t recommend Brier Creek enough. We can already tell the results are going to be beautiful.

We had a fantastic experience at Brier Creek Ortho. I took my son in for a consultation, and from the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The front desk team was friendly and the check-in process fast. Dr. Lee took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure my son and I understood all the options available.

They were patient with our questions and never made us feel rushed. The entire team was kind, knowledgeable, and great at putting my son at ease—which means a lot to me because he was nervous about the whole thing. The office itself is clean, and well-organized. You can tell they care about their patients.
