I came March 25, 2025 for invisalign consultation and I did some x-rays. According to the x-rays, I had 7 cavities. Being that I’ve never had a cavity before, I got a second and third opinion who told me I had no cavities at all, just some staining on two back teeth. At the end, Bright Choice was the most costly option.

I was initially charged 800 dollars for all 7 cavities when I didn’t need anything done. What a scam. I had read some reviews about it too, but decided to go to Bright Choice because of its convenience and cost.

I had a very frustrating experience at this dental office. A treatment was done without giving me any options or asking for my consent. When I questioned it, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. I was told the cheapest option was chosen for me without any discussion, which made me feel disrespected and ignored.

Patients deserve to be included in decisions about their own care. I would not recommend this office based on how I was treated.
