Dr. Jon is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. I struggled with a dental phobia for 8 years and yesterday I was able to get a cavity filled without any pain at all. Dr. Jon took his time to talk to me and answer all of my questions before we started the procedure.

I got 3 shots and didn’t feel a thing. It feels amazing no longer having a crippling dental phobia weighing me down all the time. If you are someone who is anxious about going to the dentist please please please believe me when I say that Bright smile dental is the place for you! I could not be happier with my experiences so far! Thank you Dr. Jon and your amazing team! I am so grateful for you!

I wish I could give Dr. Jon and most staff 5+ stars. Unfortunately, there is a specific hygienist who I'd give zero stars. I NEVER leave reviews but felt compelled to this time. We visited for my daughters 1st cleaning at 3 years old. It was my 1st time visiting this office & we got our cleanings together. Everything went wonderfully. My daughter was excited for her 1st visit. The hygienist was friendly with my daughter & our cleanings went smoothly. My daughter did have to get a cavity filled. When we came back for that visit, again everything was perfect. My daughter was allowed to lay on my lap & wear headphones with her tablet. She had no issues with needing to visit the dentist again. Having the cavity filled took >5 min. Dr. Jon and his staff were super friendly. 6 months later we are due for our next cleaning together. My daughter had no problem with this when I informed her. We went into the office together & I was to go 1st. This hygienist seemed dismayed that my daughter would come & wait in the room with me while I was being cleaned. My daughter is just 4 now & I am not comfortable her waiting in the waiting room alone. She sat nicely in a chair in our room while I was cleaned. The hygienist was EXTREMLY ROUGH with my cleaning.

This was odd. I've had MANY dental experiences, even experiences with cavities and cracked teeth which have never been this rough! She then informed me I had 8 cavities. I was shocked. I haven't had a cavity in 15+ years. it seemed very strange to have 8 since my last visit. She told me sometimes hurting people was "just part of the job" which is odd for a routine cleaning. She said I needed to have my wisdom teeth removed immediately and she could not believe nobody had ever informed. To the contrary, at all my previous dentist appts, the dentists have acknowledged seeing my wisdom teeth but have said there is no issue with them. Now was my daughter's turn. She happily came over to the chair. She was fine at 1st but started crying and yelling at the end. I was surprised by this but the cleaning was over shortly after. The hygienist then asked what kind of toothpaste she used. When I told her she made me feel HORRIBLE that she used fluoride free toothpaste and said she absolutely should not use that at her age. The way this was told to me was very harsh. She then admitted that she usually really doesn't like when kids come in but my daughter did good so she was okay. My daughter had one cavity so we had to schedule another visit for us both. At the time of the next visit for my daughter's cavity, she started crying & insisting all day that she didn't like the dentist and didn't want to go. We went to the dentist & my daughter REFUSED to have her teeth looked at. She put her hand over her mouth & screamed & cried, saying no. This is very out of character for my daughter. Dr. Jon & the hygienist with us at that time were VERY UNDERSTANDING & PATIENT.

They tried reasoning with her but she was hysterical. We all decided it was best to try again another time. I did ask Dr. Jon about a recommended toothpaste. He very thoroughly explained the pros and cons of fluoride vs. fluoride free and very much left the decision up to me. He made me feel much better about "not knowing" this already. A month later my daughter and I came back together this time for both of us to have our cavities fixed. My daughter was very upset all day knowing she would return to the dentist. I went 1st & Dr. Jon & his hygienist made for a very seamless experience filling my cavities. I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Jon inspected my teeth concluded they would only need to fill 2-3, NOT 8. Once it was my daughter's turn she again began REFUSING. Dr. Jon and the hygienist were very kind & patient and eventually coaxed her to let them have a look. She cried through most of it, but Dr. Jon was able to QUICKLY fill her cavity. I am very appreciative of his kindness and understanding. Unfortunately, I have a decision to make before our next cleaning. I don't want for us to see the particular hygienist again.

Dr John and his crew are AMAZING! Everyone is so kind and patient! After years of putting off getting my front teeth fixed I'm thrilled to say I'm halfway through the journey! John is a remarkably mastered dentist and I couldnt be happier with this practice.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch dental practice with extremely hard working folks and please support this small business! Can't wait to share the final pictures!

Dr Lewis is the best! She is knowledgeable, friendly, and does great dental work. The office staff is very nice and scheduling an appointment is a breeze. I would definitely recommend this dental office.
