I recently brought my three children (9, 6, and 4 years old) as new patients to this office for their regular checkups and cleaning. We had to find a new dentist when our previous dental practice closed. I was so, so happy with our experience at Bright Smiles. Leading up to the appointment, my interactions with the office were easy and clear. It was simple to make an appointment and know what paperwork I needed to fill out and what records I needed to have sent over.

I received timely notifications to remind me of the upcoming appointments. At the appointment, each staff member--including the front desk staff, the dental hygienist, and the dentist--was kind, helpful, patient, and attentive. My kids quickly felt comfortable, despite some nerves going in. Janel, the hygienist was so great with my kids. She was gentle and friendly and not rattled by the torrent of questions and overall fidgety nature of my children.

Dr. Hunt was similarly kind and gentle with my kids, and took his time with answering questions and explaining some upcoming dental needs for my kids. He also asked my 6 year old if she had questions about a procedure she needs, and I appreciated his attention to her as the patient. Overall, I am so pleased with our experience and anticipate this will continue.

It is always a pleasant experience going to Bright Smiles kids dentistry in Doylestown. The staff are all friendly, warm and kind. They promptly take the kids back for their appointments and are very personable, helping to ease any angst. My kids have all had fillings and procedures that required drilling. Dr. Eric does an incredible job explaining what he's doing, while easing their tensions.

He is calm and honest, professional and warm. It is clear that he cares about the kids and their comfort. His work is thorough. The office has been very accommodating with our travel schedule. I cannot recommend Bright Smiles Kids Dentistry enough.

Dr. Hunt and his amazing team truly go above and beyond in caring for my children during all of their dental needs. The staff, especially Sam has always greeted us with warm wishes and always answers all our questions. Could not have asked for a better pediatric dentist, highly recommend!!! You will not be disappointed!

So unfortunately my daughter is a bit of a nervous nelly with a stubborn streak and always wants to do things herself while she has to know all the details of what’s going to happen and even then her anxiety can get the best of her (that Aquarius energy ain’t for the weak). Well the dentist is just one of those things where each step is a bit of a fight and there’s lots of tears (I blame her dad - he’s the same about the dentist even in his 30s). I can’t praise the staff at Bright Smiles enough.

Everyone there is great and patient but not a push-over, which is exactly what my little needs. Just to give an example: during her cleaning, she stops the dental hygienist and starts crying before she can use “the sharp thing to count her teeth” (code for check for tartar and scrape it off) and says to the dental hygienist “I want the boy (“the boy” being Dr. Hunt) instead of you - he does the teeth counting better!” I wanted the world to swallow me whole.

I felt so bad that she said that because every soul in that office does a wonderful and gentle job, but the hygienist just laughed and said sure let me go get “the boy”. Can’t thank yall enough for dealing with my anxious, opinionated 6 year old. Thank you!!!
