Our son had a dental emergency yesterday. 2 front teeth broke at school. We called as soon as we found out. They got us in immediately and not only cared for him but us as stressed parents. They time and attention, love and care we got are beyond what I can describe. Highly, highly recommend Dr Eric and his amazing staff!

This office is really great. I had a minor issue a few months ago, I called the office about it. The whole team made sure me and my son were okay. Coming from a mom that doesn’t like chemicals and worries about her kids.

This office understands all that. I’m sure dentist go through a lot with all the new information that is available to us online, but this office handles that well. I really appreciate the entire team from the receptionist to the doctor.

Absolutely LOVE it here. All 4 of my kids come here 16, 9, 6, and 4. I have been coming here since my littlest was not even 1 yet and even back then they where amazing. Dr. Hunt at the Sellersville location Is so nice and NEVER once has hurt my kids, he is so gentle and patient.

He talks everything over with me and makes plans that I feel comfortable with and agree with. Hygienist Janelle is great with my kids when she cleans their teeth. They ask about her and talk about her like she is their best friend. Sam at the front desk is just as amazing and always so helpful with any of my billing questions and scheduling. I wish my kids could continue to come to this dentist for their whole life but we will def be staying until they're 18 😁

Don’t try this place if you need urgent care. We called the HV office and left a message and created an appointment request online- requesting an appointment for my son who had been complaining of a toothache. No response. After 24 hours I called again and got a hold of someone who said “oh sorry, we’re really booked, I’ll transfer you to the Sellersville office”.

Left two messages at Sellersville- no response. So their lack of response time isn’t unique to the HV office, it’s practice wide. Do they want to see their patients or not? This interaction has demonstrated to me that they are not in the practice of caring for their patients throughout the year. I still haven’t heard back from Sellersville as I type this- but can tell you I called into another local practice that for him in same day and treated him.

So long, Bright Smiles! I’ll find somewhere that’s interested in having my kids as patients. *Updating review to reflect that the office manager from the Sellersville location called to apologize and take ownership for the balls dropped here. Harleysville is our main office and they did not return my call or email, but Sellersville also apologized on their behalf and stated they provided the feedback to those involved. I do appreciate that, even when we were not patients of that particular office*
