The lady dentist rubs me the wrong way you go in for a cleaning and at every turn she’s telling you what else you should get stating they have Invisalign and now all of sudden I could use them mind you I have great teeth take pride in taking care of them I have a procedure coming up and I will be canceling and going elsewhere I simply don’t trust money hungry blatant and plain in your face like that working on something as precious to me as my teeth no thanks at every turn something was being shoved in my face that required me to pay out of pocket or payment plan like lady clean my teeth and move if I wanted other services I would inquire!. Just tasteless and unprofessional and shows you what’s really important for them.

I work in the medical field and this exactly why I do to make a difference in patient care because this isn’t it.

i recently contacted this office and emailed my X-ray to inquire about root canal and capping services. They confirmed that they provided these services and scheduled an appointment for me. However, when I arrived at the office, I had to wait for 40 minutes, only to be informed that they do not actually offer these services. This was incredibly frustrating as it wasted my time, and now I have to seek treatment elsewhere.

To make matters worse, the doctor I was supposed to see wasn't even there, and I was examined by another doctor. It seems they just wanted me to visit so they could charge my insurance. Overall, this experience was highly disappointing, and I would not recommend this office due to the lack of communication and professionalism. "

One of the worst places to come to. No one introduces themselves. No one can smile at you. They all have dulled out faces makes you feel like you’re a bad patient for them. Especially the dental assistant, she was young, you’d think they’d want to learn how to be a good medical professional. The doctor comes from behind and just starts to put suction in your mouth before even saying hi I’m going to be doing so and so on you today. Ridiculous. They don’t know how to make the patient feel comfortable at all. Doctor barely talks. Just in and out.

Cleaned mouth very harshly. Rude staffing. It’s not even worth saying anything to their faces because it won’t change. Save yourself the trouble of coming here. Been coming for years hoping staffing attitude would change everytime I come. At this point, it looks like the culture here. I want to find a nice place with nice and better staffing. I know several patients who have felt the same way.
