The WORST dentist office. They leave you waiting 3 hours from your appointment time to when you’re actually seen. Then rush your service or don’t complete it saying the next person needs to start. They constantly cancel appointments and tell you a hour before or not at all! You can never reach them. They DONT answer the phones.

They will delay out services to charge you and your insurance multiple times. I’ve asked to speak with a manager 5 different times before someone finally called me & was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to literally call the cops there today to get the manager and staff names. Before his name “Geith” or something similar & the receptionist “muster” was given. If they even gave the cops their real names after trying to purposely both withhold it.

During the phone call I stated “at this point I need to just file a complaint on this office, can I have your name?” He rudely yelled “I’m not giving you my name, you can go do whatever you want” and hung up. Very outdated, switch dentist providers often and don’t even give you a heads up and they have terrible patient care. There is a nicer lady in the photo standing that is usually a sweetheart and was this day also and tried to assist me where she can.

I have a good experience with Dr.Sol I did my implant with him and he was so gentle,caring and a very painless producer. Staff was very helpful and kind. I love this place
