Horribly managed facility. Have been there 3 times now and every visit was at minimum 45 minutes late. When I asked why they couldn't give me an answer. Then took in a patient who showed up late for his appointment before I was seen. The only reason they are in business is because they accept government Healthcare.

Edit: I was told I was to find another dentist and I am dismissed from their practice because I criticized them. He said leaving them a bad Google review is why. Very unprofessional and quite frankly immature way to run a practice.

DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau. Consistently 45mins+ late on appointments. Front desk staff is rude. They discriminate and attempt to violate the First Amendment freedom of speech by THREATENING and "dismissing " patients whom leave poor reviews.

Most businesses have a cancellation policy which is understandable however my tire blew out and I had to get towed. They still want to charge $50 😂 for same day cancellation. Additionally, the dentist is in every 3rd week! Originally I asked if I could expedite by visiting the other office as well and they said yes. My next visit I wanted to book in the other office and they said no- you can only see the doctor in one location.

ABSOLUTELY inconvenient- wait times are 60-90 min, ABSOLUTELY inconsiderate - don’t ever have an emergency and ABSOLUTELY not worth it. PS the doctor’s assistant is nasty. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, for a dentist, I am.
