A perfect experience from start to finish. Got in as a new patient within just a couple of days; great availability on Saturdays for folks who can’t get in on weekdays; had zero wait when I came in for my appointment (which I had to bring my son to and they were more than gracious).

The doctor and her assistant were incredibly nice, had exceptional bedside manner, were knowledgeable and thorough. I really don’t have one negative thing to say at this time!

Today my daughter had an appointment that was made weeks in advance. After multiple calls to the office, a front desk associate confirmed they accept both of my dental insurances. Fast forward to the appointment and the doctor begins treatment on my daughter, only to find out they don’t accept one of the two insurances. I was really disappointed with the lack of communication and I feel as if we were mislead.

Also, the front desk associate denied speaking to me on the phone. We ended up leaving midway and not continuing treatment. Any recommendations for next steps?
