I came to Aspen today to have my wisdom teeth removed, and I’m very pleased with how the visit went. Kate, Courtney, and Dr. Dhillon provided excellent care and put all my worries at ease. I’m pleasantly surprised at how smooth and pain free the procedure went.

My experience was wonderful! Victoria the dental assistant was quick and thorough with taking my X-rays and brining me back to a room. Ethan the hygienist gave me an insight as to what to expect for my cleaning appointment and was very friendly. Dr. Kramer was honest with his opinion as what I should to do to quickly resolve my complaint. I look forward to working with this office moving forward.

**⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Horrible Experience – Negligent and Disorganized** I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at Aspen Dental. From the very beginning, their lack of attention to detail and disregard for patient care was obvious. Despite having X-rays taken just two weeks prior, they insisted on taking *new* ones—clearly not reviewing or trusting their own recent records. This felt more like a way to bill insurance again than a medical necessity. Then, they told me I had a cavity and urgently needed a procedure. Naturally, I was concerned—but after seeking clarification, I found out there *was no cavity at all*. It was purely a preventive recommendation, which they presented as a pressing issue.

That kind of misleading communication is completely unacceptable. But it gets worse. I had X-rays taken in November, which clearly showed a fractured tooth. No one at Aspen Dental ever mentioned it. Fast forward to May, and I’m suddenly in *severe* pain. Only *then* do they tell me, “Oh yes, you’ve had a fractured tooth for months. ” Are you kidding me? That’s inexcusable negligence.

When I went in expecting to finally get the fractured tooth addressed, they scheduled me for a *filling* instead. A filling—for a fracture! The level of incompetence and disorganization is unbelievable. It’s as if no one communicates or reads charts at all. If you value your health, your time, or basic honesty—go somewhere else. Aspen Dental has proven to be careless, misleading, and disorganized at every step.
