I was a patient to this practice for a long time. Recently had a bad experience to where I was having an impression done and it got stuck in my mouth and it took approximately 30 minutes to get out after the dentist needed to use a SAW. It was a very traumatic experience that I would not wish on anyone. I never received a call from the office to check on me to make sure I was okay. A month later I called spoke with a new front desk person explain what had happened and she got the office manager Ciara involved.

Ciara made sure to also reach out to the owner of the Business Michelle. I thought all of that was very nice I received an apology and move on with the next steps per our conversation in good faith to receive a check of the full payment of the money I had paid for the partial. Well let’s say that did not go that way. I never received the check and had to reach out not once but twice and not till I contacted my insurance company filed a “Grievance” which every patient has the right to do so was something finally done. Let’s be clear it was never about the money it was the principal.

To top it off,Michelle got nasty as per her own words. “ please call the office with your credit card so we can close this chapter and both move on. ” Ciara is calling you for your card. I’m on vacation with my family so I just want to move on from this so this is how we’re going to handle it so you don’t have to reach out. Thank you! Michelle Where is the empathy? Thank you!

I get very anxious going to the dentist for anything. But today when I went, I was greeted by a very nice receptionist and then my hygienist was Brionna. Right from the get-go, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The whole time she was cleaning my teeth I felt calm, which is unusual for me and then I met the new dentist. Doctor Michera, she was very nice and caring.

I came home and told everyone that was the best dental experience I’ve had in a while. The receptionist, hygienist, and the doctor all made me feel very welcome and at ease. I would highly recommend going to this office if you need a dentist.
