If I could leave 0 stars for this practice I would. I am a healthcare personnel, and I would never recommend any patients to visit this office. Their "office manager and team" has to be the most uncooperative group of humans to work with. The staff is lazy, unprofessional, and untimely.

Their patients complain and visit one time and wish to never return for treatment for previous mentioned reasons. Their unwillingness to serve their patients and provide inadequate care has left the public feeling neglected and unsatisfied. Any person would be better left off pulling their own teeth out of their mouths.

DO NOT GO!!! The office made an appointment for me and switched it without even telling me. They've called me several times prior asking if I was available a different date. After expressing I wasn't they rescheduled me for 7am when the office doesn't even open till 9am. How does that make sense? They've informed me of my cavities and after explaining I'd have to call to make an appointment they instead CALLED ME SEVERAL times and the lady was extremely rude when I expressed I had to call back when I was available. One doctor said I had several cavities which was confusing after never experiencing this problem.

When going again, I all of a sudden do not have as many. Was told I need all 4 wisdom teeth removed and when going again it was never mentioned. Does anyone know what they're doing? VERY money hungry and extremely unorganized . Find a location that actually knows what they're doing and can do simple things like schedule an appointment during working hours.

I’ve been going here for years and I love it! Everyone is so nice and friendly! And truly care about you and your teeth! Like I’ve had discussions about which option is better for my case and they always throughly explain all the details. I just came here for my 6-month cleaning and Alarice the dental hygienist was amazing! So gentle! Truly 10/10.

And always a pleasure to talk to Dr. Ryan, he’s the best!!
