AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Now that’s out of the way, the team at Brilliant Smiles are absolutely true gems. Dr. Webb and her team/family are one of a kind. I don’t remember everyone’s names but from Candice D. A, Dental Hygienist, receptionist and those that I’ve missed are truly exceptional.

The professionalism, knowledgeable answers, and pure gentleness I’ve experienced in such a short time, one year has been hands down the best! From the time you walk through the doors you feel a sense of ease, from the bright colors and beautiful works of art and amazing front desk staff you almost forget you’re at the Dentist Office. Me personally being one of those children that bit my dentist and had horrible experiences while younger and still have phobia of needles in my mouth today, Dr. Webb and her team has taken a tremendous anxious feeling I had away. Seeing my four year old have a great experience has made me tell any and everyone about Brilliant Smiles 🤩🤩 The wait time is minimal, it’s like once you sign in you’re called within a few minutes and then the team moves in unison making your time valued. They explain everything as they go along and are very patient and gentle.

Your experience is over before you know it! Not to mention the little special things given when done are always appreciated. Thank you Dr. Webb and team for being such a blessing to our community.

The entire staff here are amazing. They are definitely kid friendly. They were able to see my daughter for emergency. Dr Webb is definitely a gem. The state of the art equipment is child centered atmosphere is a welcomed plus. They are out of my network but so would really want them to be her dentist. Yes that is how amazing they are.

Love coming here ! Will not go anywhere else . Candice went above and beyond to make sure Camila was happy to the point of painting her nails, given her a tattoo and making her a teddy bear ballon after getting that painful numbing injection . Thank you so much for caring and being so patient .

Fatimah Sadiyyah

I am so pleased from start to finish with the visit!!! We arrived 15 mins early, waited 3 mins and was seen right away. My daughter upon arrival forgot to speak to the wonderful receptionist due to the child friendly set up, Mickey playing on the TV and also the toys laid out. When Kelly took X-RAYS, my child came back laughing and joking. Dr Sheila came right away and went to work.

The cleaning was awesome!! Felt like a good friend was caring for my child's dental needs. This office is absolutely THEE best I have been to. I have went to Edison, New Brunswick, and also another popular one here in Newark yet Brilliant Smiles will see us again and again and again!!!! Blessings to all the staff!!!!
