Our experience with Brite Orthodontics has been overwhelmingly negative, marked by repeated cancellations, poor communication, and careless treatment. After paying cash for an 18–24 month clear aligner plan in April 2023, my wife experienced multiple last-minute appointment cancellations, frequent delays in receiving aligners, and general disorganization. The orthodontist failed to consult with her general dentist, overlooking a recent root canal, which led to further complications and pain. Treatment was paused, and when we requested a refund, we were told the money was "gone" due to a change in ownership. Even after being cleared to resume, we were sent to a different location, only to be told the orthodontist wasn’t available, wasting even more of our time. Despite promises, no follow-up was made, and we were told to wait another two months to see the orthodontist again. We finally get to see the orthodontist in White Plains on 4/25 and are told to switch to removing 4 teeth and braces, rather than being originally told to remove no teeth and stick to clear liners. We are then told no later than a week we will hear an answer back. The following Friday 5/2 we didn’t hear anything, as usual, so I followed up with an email on Monday.

I didn’t get any response within two days so I called on Wednesday 5/7. I was told by Jessica that it will cost almost $6,000 - it doesn’t make any sense that we would be paying more. A contract was signed that stated we are following what the orthodontist recommended for an 18-24 month period. Now they are changing their recommendation and expecting us to pay more over two years later. Jessica then said the contract we signed was 18 months and this is a 24 month treatment, but she obviously didn’t read the contract or just went straight to lying. She said she would call me back mid day the next day with an update. AS USUAL she did not call back the next day, and I called at the end of day. The receptionist told me there is no update. When I asked to speak to Jessica directly she said Jessica will “personally give me a call” the next day between 2:00pm-4:00pm.

OF COURSE Jessica didn’t call me back, and I called them. I was told that Jessica wasn’t there when I called, so I’m not sure how she was planning on “personally” calling me when she wouldn’t even be there. I was told by the receptionist that they were waiting to hear back from the insurance company, but they FULLY got paid from the insurance company already for my wife’s treatment. It has been over two years at this point. I was then told that Jessica would reach back out to me with an update with no timeframe whatsoever. We just want a full refund at this point so we never have to deal with this business ever again. I can’t believe how unprofessionally this business is run, and how long it takes to get an answer from an employee, on top of how comfortable their employees are with lying to customers. I will update this review to give their employees some accountability, which they clearly lack.

I have been coming here for over a year and I have nothing but good things to say about everyone here. Tieanna has been taking care of me for the longest and there is nothing but good chat and excellent treatment. Love it here and would tell everyone to come if they needed too! On top of all of that my teeth have made such drastic changes after each appointment. Love them!

The real stars here are the staff, including everyone from the dental assistants to the receptionists sitting behind the welcome desk. Everyone was friendly and personable, making it super easy to ask any questions I had about treatment (which went off without a hitch).

The office was very responsive and able to communicate with me over text, calls, and email, which definitely made the 18 month process a lot smoother even when the occasional bracket popped off. I would definitely recommend!
