Never again!! Waited 40mins and the xray and cleaning took 15mins total. No way should a proper cleaning be so short. I checked my teeth and there were still plaques in some areas. She didn't even floss or give me mouthwash to rinse. She was in such a hurry she also removed some of my gum line and never apologized when I screamed in pain. Never expected that at all cause the last visit was somewhat ok.

The sad part is, when we go into a profession we take an oath to be better than the other person and be good at our job where customers or patients are treated the way we want to. But after a few years people change. No compassion or humanity, no accountability, no fair or quality treatment anymore. It's pretty sad and I hope she learns from these reviews.

Dr. Naik first and foremost is a wonderful dentist. She truly cares for her patients and goes beyond her practice . She’s upfront and honest and provides the best oral care. I will recommend her to friends and family, manner of fact I’m booking an appointment for my mom, that’s how much I trust her work!

So my last visit here was around 2023 but I am leaving this review due to the fact they basically scammed my insurance! I went yesterday to get my x-rays as I need them for a new place I’m going to only problem is the x-rays are just the wings of my mouth (back teeth) so I call them back today and say “hey I need the x-rays for my full mouth” but the woman on the phone tells me what they gave me is all they did (aka x-rays of just the back teeth) so I call the new place I’ll be going to and they inform me that must be incorrect as it shows they billed my insurance for a full mouth x-ray. I then proceed to call back once again and am told the same thing that they didn’t do all teeth.

Another reason I will never return here! First and foremost this place is disgusting! And she didn’t even clean my teeth properly, not to mention she was very rough and grabbed my face at one point. Please if you can do not go here!!!! Since I can’t leave another review to respond, you charged my insurance for a full mouth x-ray as seen from what the new office sees you billed my insurance for and I also called my insurance which they confirmed and I have filed a fraud report with my insurance against you guys.

So good job you suck
