The receptionist has no idea what she's doing. I asked her specific questions and she answered them and told me to come in, but when I came in (mind u its raining and my car is in the shop so I took a cab from Yonkers), she told me something completely different. The dentist was a complete ass hole, didn't even let me talk.

They better be happy my mouth was hurting, I would've cussed them all out! Smh. I will not be returning.

i went for a cleaning and was only in the chair for 10 mins. the minimum a person with HEALTHY teeth is in the chair is at least 30 mins. i left with literal patches of plaque on my teeth!! if all my other teeth were clean, there’s no reason why my teeth should look like this. this was only my 2nd visit and aside from going back to fix this horrible job i doubt i’ll be returning.
