I recently visited Dr. Bronson Dental and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The office is clean, neat, and has a calming atmosphere. Dr. Bronson is exceptional—thorough, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything in detail.

I felt completely comfortable throughout my visit, and the quality of care was top-notch. The dental hygienists are also fantastic, ensuring that my cleaning was both effective and painless. Scheduling was a breeze, and they were very accommodating with my busy schedule. I appreciate their transparency with billing and insurance, which made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend Bronson Dental to anyone looking for a great dental experience. I’ll definitely be returning for my future dental needs!

Went for a consulation for pain in jaw an possibly an issue with tooth #2, told I had an "issue" with #4/5 and needed a specialist, referral given and was told they were in my network. When appt was scheduled I had to pay $110 for an appt. Called back to Dr Bronson to ask about this and told again this practice was in my network so anywhere I go I would have to pay this. Went to appt paid fee, and was told #4 was fine its in fact #2 and I needed to pay $1500 upfront (after paying $110) because Im "out of network" (after being told they had been) now.

. no other Dr will take this evalaution so I basically lost my $110 and it appears that Ive been blocked by the office phone to contact Dr Bronson for assistance with another provider. I was never "irate" or disrespectful so I'm really not sure why this happened, but a week later Im still in pain and feel completely helpless trying to find some relief. I find this to be very unprofessional and no empathy on fact a mistake was made with even referring me to this provider who received $110 from me and almost had me paying the $1500 with the amount of pain Im dealing with.

. and no my insurance is NOT reimbursing me for the full $110 or $1500 ($300 reimbursement ). frustrated and in pain!!

Constance West

Dr B has been my dentist for as long as I can remember. He's so kind and easy to talk to. Doesn't pass judgement on teeth issues. Our family has bad teeth genetically and I often find myself embarrassed because of it and he has always made me feel comfortable. The most important part is his procedures are often quick and painless which SHOCKED me the first time I had to get a tooth removed.

Go with this dentist . . he's a good one.

I’ve seen many dentists over the years. Dr Bronson and his staff have been my favorite. Staff is extremely professional, polite, and friendly. Dr Bronson has taken my wisdom teeth out and repaired a filling. I had no pain and both procedures were fast. Highly recommend
