Unfortunately my experience here was unpleasant. I made an appointment and was able to be seen the same day with Dr. Hira Ahmed as I had an issue I felt was urgent - extreme pain in gums and 3 teeth were affected this was due to a tooth that had started to grow through the bottom of my gums over a span of 4-5 years but was now causing problems. I had the appointment was told I had no infection and to take advil and tylenol for the pain and they would refer me to an oral surgeon and have it be known I was experiencing alot of pain. I repeatedly explained the pain was so severe and throbbing and that advil was not helping at all. They advised for me to call back if the tylenol and advil together were not helping which it did nothing.

The rest of that night my mouth progressively worsened. I called back asap and no answer. Called back 6-7 times and no answer. They did not let me know they would be closed and not answering phone calls even though they told me to call. I ended up going to emergency because my face swelled up so bad and the pain was even more unbearable. Turned out I had an abscess and was prescribed antibiotics for a week.

Bronte Hill Dental had no problems getting me in for an appointment, taking my money and sending me on my way with no intentions of helping with my pain or infection that they said I did not have when in fact I did. I went to get a second opinion because they were originally going to charge me almost $3000 at CVOS in Burlington to have this tooth extracted. I went elsewhere for just over $200. I will be withdrawing as a patient.
