The organization was founded in 1918 to continue the benevolent works of Maria Seymour Brooker and has since expanded its mission to include a variety of programs for children and families. My son is nonverbal autistic and HATES anything having to do with oral hygiene and has had traumatic experiences with past dentist visits. He is a strong boy and isn’t easily held in place for procedures… we didn’t even need to do that here. Dr.

Baker is magical, she had a very calming and fun demeanor which made my son so at ease and even cooperative! For the first time in his 7. 5 years of life, they were able to get successful c rays!! I’ve never seen anything like it. HIGHLY recommend this place if you have a special needs child or just any child that sees oral hygiene as an assault!!

Sharon is amazing! She has always been so great with my kids and I had a wonderful experience during my prenatal cleaning. She was very considerate, gentle and careful with me and I left the office feeling fresh and clean! Always a great experience at Brooker Memorial!!

Very clean, very friendly receptionists, waiting room has toys, books and a tv to keep kids occupied, but you definitely don't need it as you don't wait very long. In the back is clean and organized, between my daughter and son's appointment a lady came and cleaned everything including the chair that my daughter had been sitting in. The hygienist was friendly, took the time to explain and show my kids all the instruments. She sang the brush your teeth song. Better her than me. Lol.

She took her time and at the end they got their little goodie bags (toothbrush, floss, sticker) and names in the no cavity club. I have been bringing my daughter and son there since they were born. My daughter is almost 6 and my son almost 2. I will continue to.
