This place has been nothing but amazing! I never had a dentist actually listen! The wife and her husband are both soooo talented and really help take care of my mouth! I struggle from mental health issues as many of us do so my teeth needed to get fixed and they haven’t judged me and always make me feel welcome! When I first came I didn’t see many reviews but I trusted my gut and have to say these people are good people and I always recommend them! I know I will be taken care of! Everyone if you need a dentist to genuinely care about getting rid of an infection and understanding life’s circumstances with root canal payments! Love them! I cannot recommend enough

The doctor at Horizon refused care to my wife after she had to reschedule two. appointments - and she rescheduled well before the usual 24 hour notice deadline. They then deceptively scheduled her a third appointment, but when she showed up they told her the appointment was "yesterday. " (Yes, I am positive she was there on the right day.

) This constitutes unethical dereliction of the doctor's duty to provide care. I will never recommend Horizon Dental.

The whole experience at Horizon dental was wayyyy sketchy. I found , Dr. NIRAV PAREKH to be extremely condescending, and uncaring. Not only was the basic cleaning uncomfortable, but he me that I should expect to see “bone loss” within a year; if I didn’t immediately move forward with a graft surgery he recommended. The whole thing felt sketchy.

I went to another dentist for a second opinion, and they said, and I quote “no matter what you do, don’t go in for that surgery. ” Avoid this establishment at all costs. We are very happy with our current provider at south main dental right down the street.
