I had a very disappointing experience with Brookside Dental Arts. During my visit, I was not informed that certain procedures would result in out-of-pocket costs. I believed my visit was routine and fully covered by my insurance, only to receive a surprise bill later. When I reached out to the office to address the issue, I encountered dismissive and rude behavior from the staff, who insisted there was nothing they could do and that they had done nothing wrong.

This lack of professionalism added to an already frustrating situation. While the dentist later emailed me, claiming to take my concerns seriously, her response was ultimately unhelpful and failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. Despite stating that she wanted to resolve the issue, the email primarily placed the blame on my insurance and reiterated the charges without offering any real solutions. Transparency and respectful communication are basic expectations from healthcare providers, and Brookside Dental Arts fell short on both counts.

I cannot recommend this practice to anyone who values clear communication and patient-centered care.

My family of 5 has been going to Brookside since 2022. The care we have received is unparalleled. I struggled with extreme dental phobia because of chronic issues. Dr Angara, the dental techs, and ALL of the staff have done so much to squash that. My dental health has never been better, and I am such ease when I enter that space. I am incredibly grateful.
