Billing and communication is terrible, no one is accountable, they lie about the fees. Do not bill you directly they send the information to a collection agency that’s how you find out you owe more than balance they said they said you owed the day you paid the balance at the visit. I called spoke to Lisa asked why I didn’t get a bill. She said I received an EOB from my insurance company. I informed her it clearly states This Is Not A Bill.

I requested a bill she told me she is not in billing. Seriously, what kind of business is this. Lisa said she will send me an email screenshot of my account ledger from their system. I told he I will also need a bill.

Trying to get ahold of my dentist because I'm having pain post root canal. I am guessing I need an antibiotic as I have never had pain post root canal before. Apparently all calls are going to an answering service, even during normal business hours. No one has called me back. I see they have had time to reply to reviews today, but not address my problem.

Overall, I think technically they are good dentists. I had a crown done, an implant, and a cleaning. Dr. Nayak knows what he's doing but really has very basic bedside manner. Same with the hygienist. Front desk is pleasant and will let you know what your insurance pays.

Dr. Herring is an excellent oral surgeon and he placed my implant. I'd follow him anywhere. Right now I'm still in the middle if alot of treatment so I'm not going anywhere right now but if your looking for personality they ain't it.

Similar to other reviews, I feel I am forced to leave my first review and remark on my dissatisfaction with the administrative side of this practice. After 20 years of receiving good service and never having any difficulty with billing or payment, something has happened there over the last couple years. I would NOT recommend this practice any longer. It goes without saying, that I tried numerous times to settle a simple TEETH cleaning bill, which my insurance covers for FREE. Only to get past due notices and be turned into a CREDIT AGENCY. I have been promised that they would take off the small balance because my insurance covered it and that was their agreement with insurance company for cleaning.

. . that never happened. A true shame. My daughter also will be finding a new place.
