About four years ago I was looking for a new dentist and we all know how grueling that can be. I had made an appointment at one office and then I called Brookstone Dental. The sweetest voice answered that I now know as Kathy. It's because of her sweet personality that I made an appointment with Brookstone Dental and cancelled at the other place. I am so very glad I did because Dr. Carlos Stone is absolutely wonderful. There are good dentists and there are GREAT dentists. Dr. Stone is a GREAT dentist! His bedside manner with his patients is comforting, patient, and empathetic. He makes his patients feel so at home. He always has easy listening music playing.

Sometimes he will be humming or joking around with you. He is so lighthearted. He makes me feel like I'm visiting an old friend that just happens to be my dentist lol. He is gifted in his art. He is intuitive when diagnosing a problem with teeth and gums and then fine-tunes the problem until the patient is once again comfortable and with little to no pain afterwards. He is also great with kids and eases their little minds. His staff are also amazing. Kay and Faith are so gentle and consistently asks if you're ok. They share the same amount of empathy that Dr. Stone has for their patients. Kay and Faith are also knowledgeable in their field.

And there is also their dear receptionist, Kathy. What a jewel! She will work with a patient's schedule tirelessly and is so sincere. I used to have severe anxiety when even thinking about going to the dentist. I don't have that anymore thanks to these angels. When I walk into their office it's like "Celebrate Good Times Come On, It's a Celebration. " I strongly encourage everyone and anyone who is in need of an exceptional dentist and has especially anxiety over it-make an appointment with Dr. Carlos Stone in Westerville, Ohio at Brookstone Dental in the plaza on Ashford Road. You won't be disappointed! Love these people for all the comfort and joy they bring me just by being themselves. ❤️

I was in a bad car accident 10/11/2024 2 big front teeth and one of the teeth on the side were chipped and damaged BADLY ! Dr. stone was able to recreate a whole new smile for me ! I was hard being depressed for months with teeth chipped super bad but he gave me confidence again and a million dollar smile just like before I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYWAY WITH ANY DENTAL NEEDS .

Staff is super friendly and helpful not to just me but my children as well who also comes for dental as well

I absolutely love Brookstone Dental! I was calling everywhere looking for a dentist and when the receptionist answered and was the nicest person ever & I found out they took my insurance, I knew I had to schedule. I was blown away by how gentle Dr. Stone is, I am 40 years old and I have always felt the needles to numb my mouth but with Dr. Stone, I didn’t feel a thing! I didn’t even know that was possible 😂 They did incredible work, my appointment was made in a timely manner & I also want to mention that I had issues with insurance coverage and was devastated some of my teeth might not be covered but they fought for me and got me approved for the work I needed done and I will forever be grateful for everyone at the office for this.

I highly recommend this office and dentist. Will update with pictures when I’m finished up.
