This was my experience of Brown's Dentistry. I was recommended to them by a friend so I called to schedule an appointment. The lady I talked to on the phone seemed bothered when I asked if they were accepting new patients. Regardless, I scheduled my appointment for a couple weeks later on a Monday. A few days later, my phone breaks destroying all my info for my appointment. No big deal, I will just call them and ask, and that's when things took a turn for the worse. I called them multiple times, sometimes it would ring, sometimes it would go straight to voicemail. There were even a few times it sounded like they picked up the phone and immediately hung up! I would understand if i were calling during lunch hours but it was approaching 4 PM as i was making these calls.

I ended up leaving a message requesting a call back. I wait Friday afternoon, no phone call. I wait all day Monday, no phone call. Tuesday afternoon, ironically the same time I was trying to call them, I recieved a phone call. It was the same lady I scheduled an appointment originally with. When I said hello, she began spewing my appointment time and date out of her mouth, and before I got a chance to speak. . .

she hung up. Obviously I called back and canceled my appointment. I understand that the problem lies not with Dr. Brown, but her staff. Im sure she is an excellent dentist. However, I would let my teeth rot and fall out before I went there.

Brown family dentistry has always provided a welcoming atmosphere and great customer service throughout my appointments and those of my family. Dr. Brown is highly competent, professional, and personable; and, it is obvious she expects the same of her staff.
