I have been coming to this practice for years, prior to it being Family Dental Health. I stayed for Dr. Pincelli who is simply amazing! I have struggled to find the perfect cleaning fit (Hygienist) since my previous one went to another facility but that has changed.

I absolutely loved Sara today and will make sure to have her from now on! Love this place and I drive from Irmo to be here. It’s worth it for the smiling faces and friendly service.

I have the BIGGEST dental anxiety and I cannot put into words how great my experience has been at Family Dental Health. This was my first time getting a cleaning from FDH and I will definitely be back! I just saw Sara for a cleaning and I’ve NEVER had a hygienist so gentle, understanding, and great at what she does! Heather was my dental assistant during the X-rays I recently received and she was SO kind and patient with me. She helped calm my anxiety and didn’t make me feel bad at all for being so anxious.

Dr. Hicklin is thorough and explained everything to me in a way I could understand but also in a way that helped alleviate so many of my anxieties. Thank you, Family Dental Health, for being so understanding, compassionate, and great at what you do!

I think I have the most severe case of Dental Anxiety known to man kind. Despite knowing that I would be getting my teeth cleaned via IV sedation, my blood pressure was sky high when checked upon my arrival. Within minutes, it returned to normal range.

I guess my subconscious mind had to remind me that I was in GREAT hands! Dr. Hicklin is such a gentle, caring soul! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend Family Dental!!!!🧡🧡🧡

This is the most welcoming dentists’ office I’ve ever been to. The entire staff is friendly, but Stephanie is amazing at customer service. She made my dental anxiety disappear within minutes of me meeting her. She was personable, knowledgeable, and kind. The work and service that I received was top tier.
