Been a paitent of this office 25 plus years never an issue, Dr. Burke took over and all down hill, I had an emergency seen right away and referred to a specialist to try to save the tooth, however unsuccessful so was referred back to Burke to pull the tooth. I was in horrible pain, 17 phone calls in 4 days he would not help. While being examined he acted like he didn't know what to do. I ended up at another office out of town for the extraction.

That dentist could find no other cavities. Today I went to another dentist as I'm never going back to Burke again and still no other cavities. This guy just wants your money, stay away. He has no regulars for his paitents and neither does his staff that answer the phone.

I scheduled a appoint appointment in February of 2023 w this dentist. They scheduled me all the way out to may 2nd. It was for my seven year old.

The receptionist,”trisha” was very unhelpful each time I called, between the last dentist and her, it took seven phone calls to get my sons record’s transferred. The morning of the appointment, at 7:25am , she calls me saying her dentist is sick and that she cannot get my son scheduled again until June 17th, I was very disappointed, and asked , even begged that she get us a sooner appointment, as we had already waited 90 days, she had no concern of my sons needs, and spake that she couldn’t help that the dr was sick. She then decided that she would cancel us as a patient all together.

Now, as a new patient my son will most likely have to wait another 90 days to get care. If you are looking for a dr that cares, I strongly recommend you keep looking. God bless And to you Austin and Burke, you and your practice are in my prayers , that you will change and be a better service for the people you serve🙃

I had a crown fall out on Sunday evening and it needed to be reinserted urgently. I called several dentists on Monday and none of them would take me in. When I called this office they took me in and cemented back in place sameday! Fantastic urgent care! 5 star service and a fair price.
