The dentist is awesome! She explains things in a way you understand without talking down to you. The hygienists are nice there, and I enjoy watching the tv while they work. However, it is not uncommon for your appointment to be cancelled last minute. In the past year, I have had to reschedule my appointments at least 3 different times for the dental office needs (not my own personal request), 1 of which was because they claimed I requested it when I did not.

I really like this dentist, but I am looking a new one because of this. I was already considering it because of this same issue in the past and the dentist they had before was not all that great. When I first started going to the Campus Dentist, I would have given 5 stars to both locations. In the past few years, it really has not been all that great, just convenient.

However, as more and more of my appointments have to be rescheduled to accommodate the dental office, I considered going elsewhere. Now, the awesome dentist that is on Main at this time is the reason I am still going there, she is wonderful. That's not enough to stay there long term.
