I have been receiving dental care from Midtown (formerly Whitehurst’s Dental) for almost 30 years and I’ve always received excellent service. Kimberly E. Maes has always been my hygienist and she is second to none. She does an excellent job cleaning my teeth and she has NEVER caused me any pain, never. Monica is an excellent office manager who is very knowledgeable and engaging.

She knows how to make a patient feel welcome. Tara sets the tone for the office because she’s (majority of the time) is the first person you see and she has a unique smile that says welcome without saying a word. Dr. Whitehurst is the best dentist I’ve had. He was very people friendly.

Dr. Rumley was very young when he started and I was hesitant about him, but he proved himself worthy and has done well. It takes us about an hour and a half to arrive at the office and the traffic can be horrendous but we decided against going to a new dentist because Midtown Dental has been very good to us and provided excellent services for years. Thank you Midtown for all that you do!!!

I have had a years long healthy fear of the dentist. Dr. Rumley and his staff have helped me get from going sporadically to once a year and now I go twice a year. I could not have done it without the care of Tara at the front desk, Amanda the most patient hygienist and finally to Dr Rumley who knows how to take things slow and that building trust is the best way to help me.

Midtown Dental was one of two dental practices that were recommended to us when we moved to Raleigh. I had my first appointment at Midtown and it was a good choice! All of the staff was welcoming, professional, helpful and seemed happy to be there. I've very thankful I chose Midtown Dental!
