Dr Lopkin and team took care of my 6 year old in great manner. He needed urgent attention due to certain decay and the doctor couldn’t have provided a better care.

I am beyond repulsed at the incompetency of this so-called dentist. I am not convinced he has any real training at all. I was taking my son there for a couple of years; he never took X-rays despite my asking him to do so. He said it wasn't necessary and that he didn't see any issues or cavities. Of course, I knew that one can't "see" visually all cavities, especially those in between teeth. However, I trusted his words and his supposed expertise. A few months after a recent visit, I noticed a large dark hole in my 7 year old son's upper baby tooth. I took him to another practitioner who I know is qualified and competent--he now needs that tooth extracted because the cavity is so deep and severe and infringing on his nerve.

This cavity takes a lot longer than a few months to develop--how did Dr. Lopkin NOT "see" this. Additionally, my son has 4 other cavities (all between his teeth). He also has calcification on his top permanent tooth. All of these issues were identified by X-rays which Dr. Lopkin never took. He also never probed or used a tool to check for soft or sticky spots in my son's teeth. He does his own cleanings which I thought would be good, but I often had to ask him to go back as he didn't thoroughly get off visible plaque and/or staining.

Sometimes I watched him just skip some teeth (or parts of teeth) as he was cleaning. I am beyond appalled at the lack of quality in this dental practice, specifically by Dr. Lopkin. My special needs son now needs to undergo many, many dental visits and painful procedures because the dentist who we went to regularly every 6 months failed him so immensely. I highly recommend NOT using this practice if you want your child to keep and maintain healthy teeth.

The staff is really kind, booking is very easy. Dr. Lopkin is very thorough, he explains what he will be doing and puts my children at ease. During pandemic I liked their saftey measures they took, it made me feel at ease. The environment is very child friendly and the office has arcade games that my children look forward to play on every time they come while they wait for their appointment.

My 3 children: Tyler, Ryan and Charlotte are very confident going to their 6 month cleanings which says a lot to me. My son Ryan had two cavities because he kept drinking soda and not brushing his teeth afterwards! :-/ Dr. Lopkins guidance with making healthy choices , flossing and brushing has really helped him not have anymore cavities. He’s 11 years old now and he has been cavity free for about 4 years. Also Ryan learned from his streak.

All in all, Dr. Lopkin, Talia (his dental hygienist) and Tiffany are so sweet and humble. I love their honesty and i wouldn’t trust anyone else with them. My children enjoy every visit. I would highly recommend his office 👍🏻

I have always had a great experience with Dr. Lopkin and his team. He was very honest when it came to both my kids needing orthodontic work. He is patient and kind to both my children.
