I had to get a Root canal and everyone in the office was outstanding with customer service. Office was clean, friendly staff, friendly managers. Very time efficient too, I was in and out. Any other work I need done I will definitely be coming back.

Im a dental assistant myself that works at another office. I was referred out to an Endodontist for a Root canal and came here for the first time and I think it's absolutely ridiculous how rude the doctor was. But to start off, she had a really rough hand, and i've had plenty of dental work done before from amalgam fillings to plenty of other root canals and to this day i've never encountered such a rough hand. I was completely numb, but it was almost like she was in a rush to finish my treatment? I was one of the first patients in the morning with only one other person after me so I'm not sure what that was about. Furthermore, had I no knowledge of dental work I would've had burns from the sodium hypochlorite used to irrigate the tooth if I hadn't said anything since the tooth wasn't isolated well and the assistant wasn't suctioning well.

They also need to implement the use of proper PPE (personal protective equipment) for patients, no safety goggles in sight and I nearly had the sodium hypochlorite splash in my eyes. . . I assume the doctor thought I wasn't listening to her post operative instructions because she saw I had earbuds in, earbuds that were off. Which leads me to my first point, at the end of the operation I simply just wanted clarification on the instructions to which she immediately cut me off and didn't let me finish and just said "nobody listens to me" to her assistant.

. . I regret having to come back to here to finish my treatment, whole heartedly.

Had root canals done here with Dr. Carla and I am happy with all of them. Definitely come here for any and all root canals. She is busy but she is one of the few Endodontists that perform retreatments and is the best at what she does

I can’t express in words the gratitude I have for this office. The staff are always super friendly and welcoming. Dr. Karla is awesome in her approach to patient care. She has the best bed side manners and not to mention the dental work she provided for me. My teeth anatomy is often difficult to deal with according to my past experiences. Dr. Karla welcomed that challenge and exceeded at it.

She explains everything throughly to ensure I understand. Her front desk staff always has a smile and always willing to help. I recently moved about an hour and a half away and I still travel to this office. I recommend them to everyone. It is really hard to find proper dental care. They’re the best and they also take most insurances which is rare nowadays.
