I made an appointment to replace a filling that came out and was told that I would have appointment with Sydney Kent. The dentist I actually saw never introduced himself and he was only in the room for a minute or maybe two. He wanted to do a crown and I asked him if he could temporarily replace the filling until I got back from vacation next week. He said he might be able something temporary as he was walking out of the room, but the next thing that happened was the financial coordinator came to talk to me about the price of a crown and told me that there was no other option.

I told her that the doctor said he may be able to do something temporary and she said the first stage of the crown is temporary. I would absolutely NEVER consider having having this person as my dentist, he was very cold and impersonal and was only in the room for about a minute. He wouldn't discuss any options other than a crown ($800 after insurance) and he wouldn't even make eye contact when I passed him in the hallway on the way out. I chose this place because of the reviews for Dr.

Kent and that's who I was told I would be seeing. This place is definitely not caring and they shouldn't misrepresent themselves as such. They charged me $90 (after insurance) for an x-ray and 2 minute consultation.

Best experience at this dental office! They we kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. I had Sydney Kent and her assistant. They went above and beyond! I walked in as a new patient and they treated me as if I had been with them all along.

They pulled a broken tooth and repaired my partial all on one day. I have high anxiety especially with the tooth removal. It was over fast and the partial fits wonderfully thanks to the attention they gave to them to make them fit better than they ever did! Definitely making this my go to for all my dental needs!

The staff and dentist was so kind patient and caring! Shared with me my options and was kind when I told them I could only afford the bare minimum which was a same day extraction due to being broken off. Had saw a dentist prior week for abscess and they wanted to push a very large bill upon me with no other options...

I have dentist fear, like hundreds of other people, I'm sure. Walking in the door starting with Holly it feels very reassuring. Then my hygienist Teneil, such a beautiful person. Caring and very patient with me. She has very much help with my anxiety of going to the dentist. I very much look forward to seeing her. Then Megan and Heather, awesome ladies, continues the feeling of . . . . .

. . they got you covered. On the way out Ashley continues the caring atmosphere. I met Dr Clark today. He will be an awesome addition to this wonderful team. I dearly love these ladies. If you are looking for a dental team, this is the one hands down. Thank guys for treating me with love. Susie Q
