I would NOT recommend this place. They are terribly slow! Got there 30mins before our appointment time and was still waiting over an hour after it. If there was closer pediatric dentists that take Medicaid I would switch mine but I don’t currently have a vehicle and can’t travel far. But if u do..don’t go to this place unless u have time to wait all day!!

Awesome staff and dentists! Always a great experience as soon as we walk through the door. The front staff is super friendly and the dentist, Dr. Shamberger, is amazing with the children. She makes sure us parents are informed on anything our children need & eases our minds on any concerns. Great dental home!

Pleasant reception staff. Clean, tidy waiting room. The dental treatment procedures, according to my son, were carried out better than in an expensive paid clinic in Florida. From my point of view, this is the best place for child dental treatment that one could wish for. Thanks to all the employees of this clinic.

Extremely unprofessional. Both appointments considered missed even though my child was there on time. We were told on the phone that her appointment was at 7:40. We get to the office and they told us they can’t see her because it’s considered “too late” because her actual appointment time is 7:30. Policy is that after 3 missed appointments, you cannot reschedule for a whole year.
My child has only “missed” 2. Not 3. And both times were the same scenario. Not to mention their receptionist always has an attitude and comes off cold as if she doesn’t care.
