Making an appointment was simple and easy. On the day of my visit, I arrived early since it was my first time at the dental practice. However, the doors were locked—I didn’t realize the office was closed for lunch between 12:30 and 1:30 PM. Checking in was smooth since I had already completed all my forms and submitted my insurance information online. Once I was called to the back, a thorough set of X-rays was done.

Dr. Oye-Sumfun then came in to review the X-rays and explain her findings. She was extremely knowledgeable and took her time, even using videos to help explain everything clearly. She was so thorough that I felt fully confident in what the next steps of my treatment plan would be. One thing that caught me off guard was that the preventive cleaning wasn’t done before meeting with the dentist.

I wasn’t informed of this beforehand, which was frustrating since I had taken time off work for the appointment. Also, I think the staff should be more mindful when speaking among themselves. I could clearly hear their entire conversation from the room I was in, and it didn’t feel very professional.

1st time patient here, had an exam last week and cleaning today. The entire staff is courteous and energetic. The hygienist( didn’t catch her name) did an incredible job cleaning my teeth and addressing my concerns/anxiety. I will definitely continue going to this office and recommending them to others!
