They told me to go ahead and leave a review and let people know TriCare is out of network for them, so here I am. Whoever sends the text messages is extremely rude. I had to call the receptionist to see if it was real. Receptionist was great and was trying to get someone to call me back, but at the same time the person texting said I could go elsewhere. Receptionist apologized and thought it was not right…. October they reached out to schedule an Invisalign appointment. I confirmed, took off work, and went. The building was empty. I called the next day to schedule again. I mentioned it the following week. I had the text to prove my confirmed date and time, but it was somehow my fault.

No apologies about the business being closed on my appointment day. Regardless, I had the scans done and told a quote would come for Invisalign. I was later told I needed a cleaning first. My dentist was booked out so I schedule one there. Couldn’t make the Dec appointment because of an illness. They got me in in March. Mean time, I keep requesting Invisalign quote but get different pricing for cleanings. One $400+, they corrected to $0. Of course if more is needed you pay. Today I am told my cleaning is yet another price and they only give quotes to patients. I thought I was at this point.

Insurance was saying one thing and them another so I needed clarification to solve the issue. They tell me now I’m out of network and can’t help me. Probably because I asked questions. Who know. That would have been nice to know months ago, especially since they reached out to me through Invisalign. What a waste of time. Some staff agreed and apologies this time, but whoever sends the text messages is rude. I wouldn’t bother coming here.

My last dental cleaning was done in Hawaii before my move to Virginia. Got my initial “New Patient” appointment here with a cleaning. What a great experience, it was a no hassle appointment-even was called in earlier to get my appointment started! Carrie did a great job while Dr. Szkaley came in and did such a thorough exam. All while my little girl entertained herself in their cozy kid friendly section of the waiting room.

I highly recommend this office for anyone! Too bad I can only give you five stars. . Your team deserves a high five to go with that!! See you guys in 6 months. . BTW-Erica was awesome too, thanks for keeping an eye on my girl while I get my check-up done!

I’m normally very nervous with getting dental work done… but I immediately felt at ease with the friendly staff. I was fed so many compliments from the lady cleaning my teeth, it really made my whole day 😅 She was attentive and thorough. Not once was I ever in pain.Highly recommend them to everyone!!

I have to agree with some of the Y*lp and reviews here. Staff are extremely rude and incompetent. I took my daughter out of school for an appointment. I get there and am told there is no appointment and no record of my daughter. I have the text to confirm the appointment. Took off work, and my kid missed classes. Front staff wouldn't see if they could fit me in. No one was in the waiting room. I was not rude and asked them to ask the doctor if they could fit me in. I was asked to leave and call to make an appointment later. *This is the place that took over the car wash in Carrollton.

Response: You are the correct location. I love that whenever you get a bad review, you create several fake new ones. Everyone, just search recent and look at the account names. "Camera Accessories" and more. . . be better. . . take the feedback, and be better!
