Outdated procedures/tools. Never commit to appointments times even if you arrived early. Nagel will causally walks in around 8:30a to preform care even with a 8am appointment scheduled in advance. Removed three teeth and last one is botched. No heat running during the cold season.

The younger receptionist, Has horrible customer service skills. The condescending look that she gives off, unkempt and uneducated. Refuse to hand me my receipt, even after it rode off the counter twice. 1 dentist 4 rooms, rushed worked no real consideration about preventative maintenance

Rat Face

If you have sensitive teeth or any dental issues, don’t expect much attention here. The dentist tends to downplay problems and often lets cavities progress to the final stages before doing anything. He’ll tell you something needs to be done at your next visit but then won’t follow through—or even schedule the appointment.

Anyone who’s been here probably knows what I’m talking about. To be fair, he’s the only one working there, so it’s clear he’s overworked but that still doesn’t excuse the lack of proper care.

My experience here has been nothing short of pleasant, the dentist has been very no nonsense and professional, he has been very efficient and timely. When I arrive he's been ready to go, and didn't make me wait. I had a dentist before this that was an absolute nightmare, and destroyed my mouth, he ended up ending his own life when the lawsuits got to be too much. This was a very welcome change, I wish I hadn't waited so long because of that experience, I'm on the road to recovery because of this dentist, and cannot wait until I smile again with confidence.

I would recommend to anyone who has had a bad experience at another dentist. Thank you sir, I'm already feeling better about myself and we aren't even done yet.
