The doctor advised me as a 25 year old (at the time) to cap all my front teeth to get my desired look. After researching online and finding out this is a outdated technique I sought a second opinion. Thankfully the dentist who I got a second opinion from in Wexford referred me to an orthodontist who has achieved exactly what this doctor advised was unfeasible since my mouth was fully matured.
I feel thankful I got that second opinion otherwise I would have shaved down perfectly healthy teeth and regretted it my entire life. Think twice!

I have been going to Dr Herock for years. I recently got an implant done. I was quoted one price and charged another. Now they are telling me I owe more. When getting my teeth cleaned I mentioned to Dr Herock that we were having issues with the billing staff. He said he would look into it. But nothing was done. After years of being a valuable customer I will never go back. Very sad.

I cannot even give this a star! Been a patient over 25 years and I had an abscess tooth that was to be treated. Get to the appointment and was told by the front office staff that I cannot be seen until I pay the unpaid balance of 596. 00 from my ex-husband!! I explained that it is not my bill that I have had my own insurance for years I was told we are on the family plan???? There is no such thing as a family plan!!! We don’t get a family discount, they don’t provide our insurance!!! I am assuming because we had the same address.
I explained how I was in the ER with my tooth and how bad the pain was, didn’t matter. I ended the confrontation with a few choice words explained I will never step foot in there again, as well as others in my family who have since canceled upcoming appointments. Found Debonis Dentistry in Bellevue would highly recommend!!!

I belonged to this practice for over 10 years and I used to refer people to come here but that stops NOW!! They have had a complete change of staff including the loss of many dentists and now the care is terrible. The front office staff is very rude and no one calls you back when you have questions. Plus, they were pretty clueless about pricing which is pretty important. One time, my appointment was cancelled and I never received any information about it or a call to reschedule.
Absolutely terrible patient care. Don't waste your time here!! Too many mistakes. You can get better care somewhere else
