Been going there for years ,had a tooth break in half, Dr Watts only been there a few weeks ,Dr masion was not in that day and Dr Alex out on medical level so I decided to give Dr Watts a try ,it took him OVER 15 minutes to pull that tooth ,he knew and seen by xrays the root was long ,Dr Alex and masion ever had a problem pulling a tooth, I swear this over 15 minutes to get that out ,then when leaving the tooth was laying on the floor ,when leaving he did not give me nothing for the pain nor an antibiotic and I told him 2 times I'm diabetic and allergic to ibuprofen so doctors don't give me nothing in the ibuprofen family . . . . . . . . . by end of night all I could do was cry ,it hurt so bad my 1st experience of a bad dentist visit. . . . . .

. THE WORSE DENTIST IVE EVER BEEN TO ,me ,my friend, my daughter, son in law and brother will never step foot in there again, 2 months later my gum was still sore . . . . . . IVE BEEN BESIDE MYSELF, I went my regular doctor and even he said that my gum looked bad. . . . . . being diabetic and having an open wound is dangerous to us diabetic and dr Watts knew and still sent me out with no meds . .

. . . . . dr masion and dr Alex are great dentist and stand by them but none of us will chance going there and dr watts seeing us . . . . . . . the worse pain ive ever had in my life

Very wonderful staff. Always thorough, accommodating, and sweet. They are great with adults and children. My youngest was 1 1/2 - 2 when we started there 7+ years and have no intention of going elsewhere.

WARNING! DO NOT GO HEREIG YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR TEETH IN YOUR MOUTH! I went in with all my front teeth, THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO SOME FILLINS ON MY 4 FRONT TEETH, the dentist shaved a bunch of my tooth off and left the room and said he had to go pull a bunch of teeth in another room so his assistant took over and it took around 3 hours for her to finish, the dentist was supposed to check her work but never did because he was too busy. It looked really good for about 1 week and then all the feelings started to come out on the right side. Shortly after my whole tooth broke off because they had shaved it down so far and the filling was no longer holding it in place.

Now they are saying that they only worked on the 3 teeth beside the tooth that was fine before I went in there that day, and said that they will not fix it. So now I'm without a front tooth! All thanks to the Charleston road dental dentist, when I went in to have them fix it, he became very defensive because he knew that it was their fault. They printed me out a copy of the paperwork I had supposedly signed when I came in for the appointment but it was different than the one I had signed but I can't prove it so not sure what to do at this point because it seems I got screwed completely over.

I honestly can't believe that this would or could happen. Please be careful letting any dentist work on your teeth because they can get out of any mistakes that they make by the paper that they make you sign before they do work in your mouth. I'll post the before and after X-rays of my teeth to show what they did

I started going there in 2021. Wasn't too pleased. Different dentist, but now Dr Watts is there and I absolutely will be staying here. He's so good and will spend as long as it takes to get it just right. I won't lie I was considering finding a new dentist but I'll always go to him. So so pleased
