I started with the father of the dentist now running the practice 30+ years ago. I am always greeted with a smile and treated as a family friend. After years of not seeing a dentist, I finally convinced my husband to go for a cleaning. After the first visit he continued going regularly do to friendly atmosphere. Let's get to the real review. . . . I was told my teeth couldn't be saved, too much cost, roots were perfectly healthy. Extracted all at the top but one. I requested and told these folks that if left it was going to cause a problem. Since then, I've had multiple infections, serious pain & suffering. Initially told the insurance coverage was good. The person over the insurance stated she wasn't going to argue with me after me being infected and I owed a $3000 bill to be seen & hung up on me.

Wow. . . I asked where this denture came from, she Said a LAB in Sellersburg, IN. I told them I tried to find this LAB , which Im a ex gov employee with the commerce, so, I'm fairly decent at finding businesses. So, After my complaint , which you'll see why soon, it populated over $3200 . . . . Can you imagine getting this for $3200 bucks?? Cutting into what's left of my gums and around the tooth that I tried desperately to convince it was going to cause a problem.

Guess what. . . . I'm was in the medical field also. . . This is not acceptable Mr. Reynolds.

I got divorced THREE YEARS AGO. My job switched insurances recently. I had an appointment 9 months ago. They waited until now to call me and say they sent something to my ex husband about my insurance being incorrect. I had to pay over $300 out of pocket because they never told ME that my bill wasn’t paid by insurance because they had the wrong insurance card. I don’t understand why it took them 9 months to call me to let me know my bill was unpaid. I had no idea.

Will be switching dentists. Also, years ago, when I was married my husband had an appointment. He was in the waiting room and they called me to ask where he was. He was there checked in the whole time. I was worried he had been in a wreck or something. The office staff here is rude and quite honestly not very effective.

I could not be more happier with my visit. Dr. Reynolds and his staff, are excellent! I understand everything going on with my teeth, what needs to happen in order to fix them, and now we have a promising plan in place. I cannot wait to see my new smile 😁
