I despise going to the dentist. Childhood trauma has made me so careful about where I go and where I take my 3 children. The trauma turns me into a ball of crying anxiety when I walk into any dentist office. Let me just say my kids love coming here.

My husband loves coming here, the staff are understanding and helpful, I can’t say enough good things about them! They have tools there to help you with dental anxiety issues and ACTUALLY LISTEN to you if you have concerns and/questions or need certain accommodations. I have been going there for 5 plus years now and send everyone I know to them! Shout out to dental hygienist Amy for being so damn awesome. .

I would NEVER RECOMMEND Ana Chester DDS to anyone seeking a dentistry practice. Now mind you, Ms Chester will treat you extremely well if you're thin, beautiful, and have no flaws! On. my daughter's first initial visit with Ana, my daughter was treated horribly and extremely unprofessional. My daughter is a heavy set young lady. She's beautiful inside and out. Can you imagine my fury when my daughter told me how Ana greeted her.

She came in and without a hello, I'm Dr. Chester, etc. , her FIRST WORDS TO MY DAUGHTER were "have you ever thought about losing weight?" Can you imagine my daughter's shock and sheer embarrassment? How dare Ana choose to judge my daughter's appearance? I plan on reporting this incident to the American Dental Association and to the ethics committee related to their organization. Don't doubt either that by word of mouth I plan on never recommending Ana not shy away from relaying my daughter's experience to anyone who will listen.
