Horrible place, the company only uses the cheapest possible supplies. They NEVER answer the phone. I've literally been calling for a dental emergency for an hour. They can't even keep good dentists that's why it's always someone new. Don't go there. Definitely not worth it.

I took my mother in law to get her dentures fixed in December or January. They said she needed new dentures and would need an insurance approval. I received notice from insurance 3 weeks later that she was approved. Been calling consistently trying to get her back in and get no answer and will not return my calls.

She's 85 and her dentures are hurting her and I can't get any response from them so I have found someone new. I would never refer anyone to them.

Lemony Snickets

Made an appointment and waited 3 weeks to get in. They called me to remind me of my appointment. They texted me a reminder of my appointment. The day of the actual appointment some lady calls me to tell me that my insurance is not taken there so she's going to cancel my appointment which will be in 2 days. ???? "I'm sorry, my appointment is today and not in two days. I don't have you down for today, just two days from now. " This office took it upon themselves to cancel my appointment for that day and rescheduled me for two days later. Why reschedule me if you don't take my insurance? Something you could have told me three weeks before when I made the original appointment. I sat for three weeks with a swollen cheek from the infection.

Something I had mentioned when making the appointment. Do better Warren Dental, because none of you would like to go through anything like that yourselves. . . . . . . unbelievable and very unprofessional

Really disappointed I really loved this place until during a visit I was told I had beautiful teeth then a week later follow up they said I had 4 teeth decaying and I went to get a second opinion and thank god I did. I wasn’t aware this place was quick to do insurance fraud like that but glad I went with my gut instinct
