The hygienist was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. Very nice personality. Dr. Vitalie was very nice also. Gave me some new insight as to why I might be getting migraines.

I was so impressed with the kindness, helpfulness, and respect shown by the front desk staff and hygienist during our first visit. They were wonderful with my 7-year-old son and made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. During our visit, I witnessed the dentist berating his receptionist in the front office.

His angry and demeaning behavior was alarming and unprofessional. I felt it was impossible to trust him with my child's care after witnessing that interaction. My heart goes out to the staff, and I hope they are treated with the respect they deserve.

Very friendly, busy office. This was my second visit for a teeth cleaning. My hygienist was very thorough. She checked gum recession, scaled, flossed and polished my teeth. I had almost no contact with the actual dentist. He briefly came into the room, looked in my mouth, told me to close, said "beautiful!" and something like, "You're done!," and was gone.

Now while this may seem very efficient, it also occurred to me that to him, I was simply a number. I don't think I even really saw his face. They were obviously very busy, but part of any good practice is building a rapport with a patient so in the event you DO need more than a cleaning, a relationship has been established. He, I'm not even sure of his name (no names were used) raced in and raced out, and never addressed me directly. My hygienist didn't introduce herself, and she didn't say, "Dr. So and so will be in to check your teeth.

" The use of names seems so basic, but at least for me (an elderly woman with pretty good teeth) it was absent. In closing, I will say I have every intention of continuing to use this practice. I feel as if I got good care, but people want to be "seen," and for me, this dentist/practice doesn't "see" its patients, or maybe just some patients, and that is unfortunate.

I had my first visit 02/24 and all I have to say is WOW! I feel like I’m at home there and they all go above and beyond for every patient! The staff is amazing and so very caring! I was always nervous about the dentist, but they made me feel so comfortable there from the time I walked in to the time I left! They treat you like family! I cannot wait to see everyone again at my next visit!
